Stationary Road Test

- On-Board Diagnostic (OBD) system returns no faults

- Check for evidence of sludge
- Coolant level and reservoir/cap in good condition
- Brake fluid level and reservoir/cap in good condition
- Washer fluid level and reservoir/cap in good condition
- Power steering fluid level and reservoir/cap in good condition (if applicable)
- No visual signs of leaks. Seepage is not considered harmful to operability.
- Drive belts in good condition
- Hoses in good condition
- Engine mounts in good condition (if applicable)
- Passes battery load test (if accessible)
- Battery, posts, and cables in good condition
- No signs of rodent damage or infestation
Suspension
- Front control arms in good condition
- Front ball joints in good condition
- Front tie rods and tie rod ends or steering linkage in good condition
- Front swaybar, bushing, and links in good condition
- Steering gear or steering box in good condition
- Front constant velocity axles, joints, and boots in good condition (if applicable)
- Front struts/shocks in good condition
- Front springs are in good condition
- Front propeller shaft, joints, and bearing in good condition (if equipped)
- Rear control arms, trailing arms, axle beam in good condition
- Rear ball joints in good condition
- Rear swaybar, bushing, and links in good condition
- Rear constant velocity axles, joints, and boots in good condition
- Rear struts/shocks in good condition
- Rear springs in good condition
- Rear propellor shaft, joints, and bearings in good condition
Under Body

- No leaks from rear differential or axle seals (if equipped)
- No leaks from washer fluid system
- No signs of perforated rust
- Motor/transmission mount in good condition
- Exhaust systems and hangers in good condition
